CHALLENGE

Alan is a business consultant who works with organisations who are lacking sales and forward looking strategies, have unclear target markets and declining sales channels. He sets and implements strategic direction to ensure the best outcomes are achieved for shareholders, clients and staff. Alan was looking for new challenges and new companies to work with.

SOLUTION

We started working with Alan in June 2020 while we were still in lockdown in the UK. Times were tough and many businesses were struggling. This was great and terrible in equal measures as it meant there were many businesses who needed Alan’s help but not that many could afford to engage his services. We revamped Alan’s LinkedIn profile and identified the right target audience for a LinkedIn messaging campaign. We created messages designed to generate leads and conversations with the right people. In the first month we gained over 500 new connections and generated 30+ discussions which resulted in more than 10 appointments which subsequently led to him working with 3 new high value consulting businesses.
