PROBLEM

Preeti runs an independent outsourced property management company – Branded Bricks – helping estate and letting agents focus on growing their portfolio while keeping them compliant. The company had a solid customer base, but they wanted to grow and attract more clients, so they turned to LSA to run a marketing campaign through LinkedIn to raise awareness and build connections with potential new clients.

SOLUTION

We worked with Preeti to overhaul her LinkedIn profile; created a LinkedIn company page and set up a simple to click and book strategy session so her potential clients could easily find out exactly how her company could save them time and money. We identified their ideal target audience and the created a set of messages designed to gain connections and then generate conversations with decision makers who could become clients. In one month, we gained over 650 new connections and secured 9 warm leads and appointments booked, at least two of which have led to late stage discussions about lucrative ongoing 6 figure contracts with multiple branch estate agents.
